Patchers

... Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God. (Acts 10:4)

The Bethany Patchers is a women's service organization that provides quilts for use in the community and through Lutheran World Relief and in third world countries.  The Patchers love the hands-on experience of knowing that they are contributing to people in need and expressing their love for all of God's children locally and around the world.  In a large congregation like Bethany, it is important to have many small interest and service groups so that anyone can become involved on a more one-on-one basis, especially in service and caring programs.  Any member of Bethany who wants to join the Patchers is welcome and all members of the congregation can participate by contributing materials.
